The ZEV-UP project partners met in Thessaloniki, Greece, for the project’s second general assembly meeting on 13 and 14 June, hosted by Rhoé. The meeting provided a perfect opportunity for partners to reflect on the progress and achievements of the first six months of the project. The partner’s enthusiasm and dedication have been instrumental in advancing ZEV-UP’s vision of developing an affordable, user-centric battery electric vehicle (BEV) and promoting the adoption of electric vehicles.
The meeting facilitated insightful and productive discussions regarding the next steps in the project, including exciting updates on both technical aspects and project management. Work Package and Task leaders reported on their progress and achievements. Particular attention was given to the work carried out in Work Package 1 with a comprehensive overview of the efforts made on user needs, market and usage analysis, Key Performance Indicators and technical requirements for the ZEV-UP vehicle.
The meeting also marked the official kick-off of Work Package 2, an important technical work package focusing on vehicle design, architecture, components, and digital twin.
